Special offerings for our clients aged 75+

Sessions are carefully adapted for comfort, medical considerations,  and individual needs.  Our goals are to enhance mobility, prolong independence and improve quality of life.  

COMFORT CaRE SENIOR MASSAGE

This gentle massage offering is designed specifically for seniors who prefer to remain fully clothed during their session. Using slow, supportive techniques over comfortable clothing, the focus is on easing muscle tension, improving circulation, mobilizing stiff joints and promoting relaxation without the need to disrobe or use oils that may be sensory-objectionable.

MOVEMENT MIRROrING

These sessions are great for early to moderate stage dementia and neurodegenerative diseases like Parkinson's and MS. We stimulate the motor-planning areas of the brain, helping to maintain coordination. We regulate the nervous system by pairing movements with breath. We help maintain muscle tone with some resistance and pressure exchange exercises. We release stiff areas with MET/PNF exercises.
