I offer evidence-informed techniques as I am certified by CMMS. Sessions are tailored to medical history and provider recommendations that ensure safety and therapeutic effectiveness. You must be outside of your first trimester and not be deemed a high-risk pregnancy in order for massage therapy to be safe for you.

Utilizing a blend of techniques following the clearance by your physician, we begin to improve the look and feel of the incision by releasing fascial adhesions and removing lymphatic edema.
