High performance athletes require highly skilled care. We specialize in taking care of you, as well as everyone else who can benefit from the same approach to physical care.
Move your body into positions that would be difficult to do alone. This method incorporates relaxed stretching that is facilitated with limb and joint support to gain a deeper and more effective release. Great for recovery from intense workouts or for the person who is trapped behind a desk or steering wheel for many hours per week.
If you are a new client, a thorough intake of your health is required to begin. This session is 90 minutes.

Utilize this method to support joints, protect injured tendons or to better activate specific muscles. Clients must provide tape that has been patch-tested 48 Hours in advance of appointment. Please provide both wide and narrow tape that is designed to flex and stretch. No lidocaine or analgesic products, please.
Runners and athletes can improve their performance by understanding their posture and biomechanical patterns. An assessment is made both standing and in motion. We check your shoes against your foot shape, assess foot strike and analyze the body's cadence in motion. Golfers, bring a club or two.
