We identify where certain muscles are working too hard while others have become weak, inhibited or "offline." This can cause joint misalignment, strain in tissues and chronic pain. We determine the order in which trigger points need to be released in order to restore full functionality— not temporary comfort.

Please bring any notes, reports or relevant information regarding previous treatments or scans. FSA/HSA Benefit Cards can be used for these services. Includes thorough intake & health history, postural/mobility assessment, palpation/joint assessment and targeted treatment. This allows me to see the whole picture of your health and make the best recommendations for your care. Don't worry, most of your first visit is spent on getting the therapy you need.

Cranio-Cervical RELEASE
Focuses on issues like chronic neck pain, whiplash, trigeminal neuralgia, chronic migraine, chronic sinusitis, Bell's palsy, vertigo, and nervous system overload. We ease tension where the base of the skull (cranium) meets the upper neck (cervical spine). We utilize a blend of modalities including MET/PNF. Some conditions may only be manageable with treatment while other may be completely eliminated. Refer to NMT pricing above.
MEDICAL MASSAGE
These treatments are guided by your physician and are prescribed to incorporate several modalities. For lymphatic support post-surgery, conditions like restless leg and systemic illness recovery. Documentation that can be submitted to your insurance provider will be provided, but reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Fascia is the network of connective tissues that are highly innervated and layered throughout the body. This release process begins with the superficial fascia. The first session, we work the posterior superficial lines, and the during the second, the anterior. The third and subsequent sessions are determined by your individual needs.

TMD THERAPY (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction)
Please bring notes from dentist or orthodontist if possible. Oftentimes, the way that the jaw performs is directly related to the cervical spine, but sometimes there are distinct structural issues within the jaw and mouth that must be addressed. For orthodontic and dental patients undergoing treatment for the correction of bite or anyone who has long-standing clicking, misalignment issues or chronic pain.

When I spoke to my dentist, my only option was getting braces...again. Surprisingly, my medical physician recommended TMD Massage with Hollie and it was the best decision ever. I still see Hollie once a month and it is one of the best things I do for myself.
