Our professional bodywork and massage programs are designed to teach you how to integrate your unique skill-set into mainstream frameworks, but also how to integrate time-tested healing modalities into your Christ-centered practice. We will extract the sciences and truth of our Great Creator from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda- including anatomy, physiology, traditional therapeutic systems, and contemplative practices.  The 25 Hour, NCBTMB Approved Course, "Structural Assessment & Integrative Methodology" is taught in the retreat setting so as to incorporate regional and cultural offerings.

This integration of education and retreat allows practitioners to embody what they are learning. The same principles that guide therapeutic work—awareness, regulation, presence, and intentional touch—are reinforced through lived experience in a restorative environment. Participants return not only with expanded professional capacity, but with a more grounded internal foundation from which to serve.

Alongside our training programs, we offer enriching immersion vacations designed to restore healthcare practitioners as profoundly as their work restores others. These experiences create space to step away from routine and enter into intentional rhythms of rest, reflection, and renewal—so that caregiving is never separated from personal wholeness.

Our retreat experience in Mudigere, India is set within the quiet elevation of the Western Ghats, where coffee estates, mist, and forested hills naturally slow the pace of life. This setting is intentionally chosen to support decompression from overstimulation and to foster a deeper return to presence.

Days in Mudigere are structured with simplicity and spaciousness. Time is given for restorative bodywork, guided reflection, nature immersion, and integrative practices that support nervous system regulation and clarity of thought. Rather than filling time, the experience focuses on creating the conditions where insight, rest, and recalibration can unfold naturally.

We strive to offer evidence based treatments that are free of esoterica.  While we experience other cultures and systems of philosophy, we honor our collective faith in Jesus and procure treatments and experiences that are safe and enriching; not mysterious or confusing.

If you are attending a service mission excursion, you will have opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus by offering your skills, time and love in places that will be left better in the wake of your love and presence.  We believe that "The Great Commission" should be carried forward as Jesus knows no boundaries of country or religion.  We also believe that mission trips that center around conversion often place participants in uncomfortable and unnecessary dynamics.  Our goal is not to promote religion.  Our goal is to share love, meet more of God's children, ask them to share their beautiful cultures and leave behind footprints of a shared experience rooted in love and mutual respect.  We will be working with a number of organizations and Christian churches all throughout India that will feed and clothe children, as well as give access to care services that are needed in under-served populations.  In addition to your service to others, you will also enjoy the restoration and rejuvenation of your spirit with nutritious meals, delightful scenery and self-care indulgences.
